Dear Families and Staff, As we move further into the spring semester, our students are preparing to showcase their hard work and academic growth on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR). These assessments are a valuable tool for us to understand how well our students are mastering the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and to ensure we are providing the best possible support for every child. We are incredibly proud of the effort our students and teachers have put in this year, and we want to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared. To help your student perform their best, we recommend the following "Big Three" for testing days: Rest: Ensure your child gets a full night’s sleep. Fuel: A healthy, protein-rich breakfast helps maintain focus. Promptness: Please ensure students arrive at school on time, as testing sessions will begin promptly Best Regards, Jose Perez III Principal
